We offer free delivery on orders over $150 and a flat fee of $10 to the North Island and $15 to the South Island for all other orders.
We are unable to ship to Post Office (P.O.) boxes.
Exclusions to our free shipping offer
Free shipping will not be offered to products that are on Preorder. Shipping will be calculated at your time of inquiry and will be determined by where you are located in New Zealand.
There may also be an option to airfreight your item, depending on the urgency and where the product is being sourced from. This will incur an additional cost outside of our free shipping offering. Contact us for more information.
Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes between 2-4 business days, Mon-Fri - excluding public holidays - from the date of dispatch although this will vary depending on the size of the product you have ordered and where you are located.

GENERAL INFO
A 4 litre glass jug to use instead of the plastic bottle.
Comes with black nozzle with a ceramic sleeve inside to hold the carbon filter.
- Designed to collect the distilled water from the distiller
- May fit other brands, the spout where the water drips into is approx. 195mm high.
- Made out of strong glass and has a big lid on top to make cleaning easy.
- Very easy to use. Has a good handle and pours well.
- The black filter holder / nozzle will clip on to new distillers, but will “sit” between the jug and the distiller nozzle on older models.
- The carbon sachet used is the same as all our other distillers and jugs
- Well packaged for mailorder.
- Fits inside the distiller for travel or storage.
