Delivery and Shipping

We offer free delivery on orders over $150 and a flat fee of $10 to the North Island and $15 to the South Island for all other orders. Exclusions apply, see below for more information. We deliver nationwide and use Courier Post for most orders and will source a freight option for larger items that are not suitable for a courier. We are unable to ship to Post Office (P.O.) boxes.

Exclusions to our free shipping offer

Free shipping will not be offered to products that are on Preorder. Shipping will be calculated at your time of inquiry and will be determined by where you are located in New Zealand.

There may also be an option to airfreight your item, depending on the urgency and where the product is being sourced from. This will incur an additional cost outside of our free shipping offering. Contact us for more information.

Delivery Time

Dispatch can take up to 3 business days from date of order confirmation, although we will endeavor dispatch daily within our office hours. Please note that many of our items require assembly so dispatch for these items may take longer than this. This will be communicated on the product page and once you have placed your order.

Many of the products on our website are dispatched directly from the supplier so timeframes may differ for these products.

Delivery usually takes between 2-7 business days, Mon-Fri - excluding public holidays - from the date of dispatch although this will vary depending on the size of the product you have ordered and where you are located.

GENERAL INFO

Aqua Super Softener utilitses an advanced softening material developed in Germany that works effectively on bore water that is problematic and has multiple water-related issues. This unique media inside is a simple and effective solution for 5 problems
including; Hardness, Iron, Manganese, Natural Organic Matter (Tannins) and
Ammonium.

The system automatically regenerates using a timer control which allows the Super Softener media bed to backwash and regenerate with a brine solution (plain salt) as required.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS

256 Bypass Valve: This fits directly onto the softener inlet/outlet and allows for bypass when soft water is not required, such as watering the garden.

460 Commander: This is the microprocessor control it measures water usage, so regeneration takes place when necessary.

Turbulator: This is fitted onto the resin tank riser pipe and allows turnover of the resin bed during backwash. The turbulator is highly effective for removing iron buildup from the resin bed.
