We offer free delivery on orders over $150 and a flat fee of $10 to the North Island and $15 to the South Island for all other orders.
We are unable to ship to Post Office (P.O.) boxes.
Exclusions to our free shipping offer
Free shipping will not be offered to products that are on Preorder. Shipping will be calculated at your time of inquiry and will be determined by where you are located in New Zealand.
There may also be an option to airfreight your item, depending on the urgency and where the product is being sourced from. This will incur an additional cost outside of our free shipping offering. Contact us for more information.
Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes between 2-4 business days, Mon-Fri - excluding public holidays - from the date of dispatch although this will vary depending on the size of the product you have ordered and where you are located.

Distiller Descaler & Cleaner. 480g
- Descale It is used to remove residue and clean the stainless steel chamber of the distiller / purifier, leaving no taste or odour.
Directions for use:
- Remove any loose scale with damp cloth.
- Fill stainless steel chamber with enough water to cover the scale.
- Add two tablespoons of cleaner.
- Leaving the lid off, plug in the power cord, turn on the power switch, bring to boil for 20 minutes, then turn off at the wall.
- Let the water cool for 10 to 20 minutes, discard and rinse the interior thoroughly with clean water.
- If the residue is too thick to be completely removed the first time, repeat the procedure as often as needed.
- Small amounts of residue are harmless, but it pays not to let it build up too much. These crystals are specifically made to clean your distiller leaving no taste or odor.
